This is an insurance job that we have just recently completed in Ann Arbor.
The condo was originally damaged by a water leak in another condo which
spilled into this one. After the original work was done, the owner asked us if
we would do a few things to enhance the condo a bit. All of the work was
pretty straightforward, and we enjoyed doing the work for the customer.

-Remove/Replace all drywall damaged by water
-Remove/Replace all cabinets damaged by water
-Remove/Replace all flooring damaged by water

-Install new carpeting in the upstairs bedrooms & stairwell
-Paint the entire condo
