1.  What are some of the benefits of Modular Home Construction?
No Quality is sacrificed when comparing a similar modular home to a similar stick built home.  Modular
homes typically increase in value, and are financed through conventional mortgage methods.
2.  Where can these homes be placed?
Anywhere, providing the area is zoned residential, and the site meets area code approval.  All homes built
by our supplier, Rochester homes, are designed to meet, and/or exceed the State of Michigan building
code.
3.  How long does it take to put a home on my site?
Currently, it takes seven weeks from the time you place an order until the home is delivered.  However,
there are plenty of things that have to be done before the home can be ordered, please refer to our
Typical Construction Process to familiarize yourself with the procedures.
4.  How much does a new home cost?
It really all depends on you.  It would be difficult to conceive of a situation where a home placed on your
foundation would cost less than $55.00 per square foot.
5.  Are you a licenced residential builder in the State of Michigan?

6.  Why isn't the question about modular homes I most want the answer to written here?
